MD Construction and Estate Limited was established on 11th April 2022 as a subsidiary of Maxidivine Limited Company to expand into construction and real estate development. Leveraging Maxidivine’s experience and resources in building materials, block production, sanitary ware, and tiles, the company enjoys direct access to essential construction materials, reducing procurement delays and improving project efficiency. Since its establishment, MD Construction and Estate Limited has been actively engaged in construction and real estate development across Ghana, contributing to the growth of the housing and infrastructure sectors.
